How do I know what the final personalized chocolate product will look like?
Our process includes emailing you a proof of your personalized chocolate for you to approve before we begin printing. You’ll love what you see or we’ll change it.
How long does it take to have my chocolates printed?
Once the artwork (images and text) are approved and the order is paid, the printing process will begin. It should take 3 to 5 business days to create. Depending on factors such as the size of the order and if it is holiday season, your order may take longer. Make sure to tell us the date it is needed by so we can make every effort to get your order out in time.
What kind of image quality can I expect?
Of course, the better the quality of the original image, the better the image will print on the chocolate. Digital photos should be 300 dpi (dots per inch) or greater. Do not use photos that are very dark or blurry.
Can I use a digital photograph?
Absolutely. In fact, these are the easiest photos for us to use because they can be uploaded to our servers at the time you are ordering your chocolate gifts and we can begin creating your proof right away.
If I don’t have a photo, what can I use?
Lots of options are available, such as clip art, stock photos, or plain text. Email us at sales@chocolatepublishing.com and our graphic design department will work with you to design a unique and memorable chocolate creation.

Are all of Chocolate Publishing Company's items kosher?
Yes, all the items are kosher. The pareve (non-dairy) items are under Star-K Certification and the dairy items are under Star-D Certification (non-cholov Yisroel). You can view our Letter of Certification at www.star-k.org.
Do the cookies contain dairy ingredients?
Yes.
What would Chococolate Publishing Company charge to bring your machine to our live event (e.g., trade show, corporate event, party, wedding, bar/bat mitzvah)?
Pricing depends upon: location, the number of attendees, and the types of chocolate items you choose to have us imprint. Email us at sales@chocolatepublishing.com with these details for a price quote.
How do you ship the products?
We ship our chocolates overnight in the warmer seasons, and to warmer climates, so they arrive in good condition. Otherwise, items are sent out by ground shipping, unless expedited shipping is requested. At the time you submit your online order, shipping costs are calculated.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Wholesale rates apply to larger orders. Please contact us by email at sales@chocolatepublishing.com for a specific quote.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, at this time we only ship within the USA.
